Tech Marvel has been a true find.
Ron Conti and Tech Marvel has been a true find. We have had a few IT companies working for our firm, but Tech Marvel has, by far, been the best. Every issue we have had with technology, Ron was able to resolve each one with one call, or with a visit to our office. We appreciate that he is local and never hesitates to jump in the car and head over if we're having some sort of trouble.
Aside from Ron just being a nice guy, we really do appreciate his vast knowledge of technology and most importantly, his relaying this to us in a way that we can understand. He has solved server issues, streamlined the ability for us to access our files remotely and answered many questions that I'm sure he considers basic, but always does with a smile.
We have saved quite a bit of money with Ron's suggestions to more a cost-effective way of managing our computer files and it has worked out wonderfully. To say we are pleased with Ron Conti and Tech Marvel would be an understatement.
