ABOUT TECH MARVEL: LOCAL IT SUPPORT FOR MORRIS COUNTY BUSINESSES
Know Who Is Responsible for Your IT
When you call Tech Marvel, you reach an experienced local team that knows your business - not a rotating national help desk.
As some IT companies grow, the person who built the relationship may no longer be involved in day-to-day support. Tech Marvel was built differently, and on purpose.

Why Tech Marvel Exists
Ron Conti founded Tech Marvel in 2014, but the experience behind it starts about twenty years earlier.
After earning a degree in computer science, Ron and a business partner launched an internet service provider called cnct.com, The Connection, in 1994. Getting a business online still meant dial-up modems, and most companies had not yet decided whether the internet was worth paying attention to. A year or two later, they started hoster.com, an early web hosting platform. Ron also spent years building custom software for businesses.
Which is to say: he was not handed the internet. He helped wire people into it.
That matters for a specific reason. Ron has seen the entire arc, from businesses having no network at all to running on cloud platforms and software they cannot operate without for a single afternoon. He has watched what actually breaks, and why.
By 2014, one pattern stood out. A company would hire an IT provider, sign an agreement, and start paying every month. Then the responses got slower. The answers got vaguer. And when something broke across two vendors, the IT company would explain that the real problem was the internet provider, or the software company, or the copier vendor. The business owner, who had hired professionals specifically so this would not be their job, ended up on the phone playing referee.
The technology was rarely the hard part. The missing piece was that nobody had taken ownership of it.
That is the gap Tech Marvel was built to fill: not simply another IT company, but a more accountable one.
That is why Tech Marvel is intentionally structured to keep client relationships personal and accountability clear. When you call, you reach Ron or Senior Technician Brian Eitelberg - not a distant technician reading your account history for the first time. You work with experienced people who know your servers, line-of-business software, network, users, and the recurring issues that can interrupt your team.
That has practical consequences. Most issues are resolved remotely within the hour, because nobody has to be brought up to speed first. When a problem crosses vendors, we make the calls instead of handing you a phone number. When we explain what happened, we explain it in language you can repeat to your team.
Today Tech Marvel supports small and midsize businesses across Morris County and Northern New Jersey. Professional offices. Law firms. Auto dealerships. Collision centers. Local service companies. Businesses that run on technology all day and would rather not think about it.
The belief underneath all of it has not changed since 2014. You should not have to manage your IT provider just to keep your business running smoothly.
Ron Conti, Founder and Owner
Ron founded Tech Marvel in 2014 and is the person most clients deal with directly.
He holds a degree in computer science and has been building internet infrastructure since 1994, when he co-founded the ISP cnct.com. He followed it in the mid-nineties with hoster.com, an early web hosting platform, and has developed custom business software along the way.
The interest started well before any of that. Ron has been taking apart computers since elementary school, beginning on a Commodore 64.
Thirty years later, he is doing a version of the same job: the person a business calls when something is broken and someone needs to own it.
He has lived in Morris County since 2008, which is a large part of why Tech Marvel serves it. The businesses he supports are in his own community.
Clients tend to describe him the same way. Patient, local, quick to show up, and willing to explain something twice without making anyone feel foolish for asking.
Brian Eitelberg, Senior Technician
Brian handles day-to-day support and system work alongside Ron, and he brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience of his own.
Both Ron and Brian have been working with business technology since the nineties. That depth of experience matters when an employee needs help, a system behaves unexpectedly, or a problem crosses several vendors. Clients receive support from experienced people who understand the fundamentals, know their environment, and can explain what needs to happen next.
Why a Focused Local Team Is the Point
Tech Marvel is intentionally structured to keep client relationships personal, communication direct, and accountability clear.
You work with experienced people who know your environment, supported by proactive monitoring, current documentation, established support processes, and additional technical resources when needed. You do not have to navigate unnecessary layers of technicians or repeatedly explain how your business operates. Tech Marvel remains accountable for moving the issue toward resolution and keeping you informed.
That is a deliberate choice. Automated monitoring watches your systems around the clock, while Ron and Brian handle support during business hours. When a client's needs call for expanded coverage or specialized expertise, Tech Marvel brings in additional resources rather than stretching beyond what can be delivered responsibly. What does not change is who owns the relationship and the outcome. If you need clear answers from people who know your business and take responsibility for moving problems forward, that is exactly what Tech Marvel was built to provide.
