Does this make us Safeguards compliant?
No. A 20-minute conversation can’t confirm compliance. It shows where you’re likely to have gaps and what to fix first. Closing those gaps is a separate, hands-on step.
Doesn’t our DMS provider handle security?
Your DMS provider secures its own platform. The Safeguards Rule is still the dealership’s responsibility, including your computers, email, network, user accounts, and other vendors.
Do you need access to our systems?
No. The review comes from the conversation, not from logging into anything. No passwords, no software to install.
